Message from the pastor: I am reading Rules of Resilience and have found very powerful coaching questions to understand resilience and how it helps support our energy gaps as we work in and through our faith, relationships, ministry, and life. The book discusses and provides powerful and key messages to support how we show up, move through, and apply our mindset to some of life's most challenging encounters. I will be selecting questions form the reading that can aid in building your resilience to feel energy gaps, embrace a new mindset, and tap your ability to face challenges. I encourage you to purchase the book, do the exercises, and thrive in moving forward when faced with challenges.

Is there a highly challeging situation you are facing right now?
Is the challenge burdensome or is it just "hard"? (Grit) Hard means you have the grace to do it even though it is difficult to achieve. (Quit) Burdensome means you do not have the grace to do it, whether it's hard or not.
*What would you need to do daily and weekly to maintain the level of energy required for your vision?
*In what way(s) have you been resilient in the last year? What challenge(s) have you overcome? What way(s) has this challenge made you wiser, stronger, or more resilient and compassionate?
